Warranty and maintenance response time is the targeted response time for an engineer to attend
site, with the fix time being the targeted time to implement the fix from arrival on-site.
Targeted response and fix times are for mainland UK only, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm -
excluding public and bank holidays. This excludes Ireland, offshore and remote areas such as
Cornwall and the Highlands of Scotland. Consumables are not covered under warranty or contract;
it is strongly recommended that each site location carries the appropriate stock for their scanners.
