The professional services we provide direct to end-users or in
partnership with other document management companies include:
Consultancy - We have provided consultancy on a large
number of projects and have built a reputation for recommending
clear, structured, and extensible solutions for customers.
Development and Integration - We have many years of
development experience, spanning a number of development
environments, toolkits, and platforms. We are equally competent
in developing bespoke applications as we are with customising
and adding value to existing systems.
Installation - Installation is traditionally one of
the most demanding areas of a project. Our extensive
experience of installing systems at customers' offices ensures
that our projects are deployed as smoothly and efficiently as
possible.
Training - We provide tailored training packages to meet the
customer's requirements based upon their experience and expertise.
Support - We provide
support either via yearly support contract or on a one-off
basis. Telephone support will be provided initially,
followed by one or more on-site visits if deemed necessary. Should support be required for scanning hardware, a qualified
engineer will be dispatched to the customer's site promptly.

Scanner Consumables -
Scanner hardware typically requires some degree of user
maintenance during its lifetime to replace parts with a limited
life-expectancy. Scansation can supply most scanner
consumables, examples of which include: rollers; pads and lamps.
